Liam Joined Stainton Lighting design services in September 2011 as an Apprentice from Hartlepool College of Further Education. During his time as an Apprentice Liam completed his HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering as well as gaining valuable work experience in street lighting.
Liam has progressed his professional development by obtaining numerous qualifications such as ILP Exterior Lighting Diploma Module 4, ILP TR22 Managing a Vital Asset, Work in vicinity of Electricity Company equipment -G39, 17th Edition Wiring Regulations and Engineering Council Eng-Tech.
Liam’s current role mostly incorporates Highways England projects, Local Authority and S38/278 development schemes. Liam has also undertaken a lead role on Northumberland County Council Lighting Replacement Programme of works.
Liam is an associate member of the Institute of Lighting Professionals (AMILP) and Engineering Technician with the Engineering Council (Eng Tech) and is looking to progress his career and Achieve IEng status in the near future.
